Affordable means somebody else help you pay for it. That sounds good, but is a failure. It can’t be sustained. The price will rise toward market price and the subsidies will be forced to rise also.
Why were my grandparents able to afford housing for a whole family, from one job, and with no subsidies?
I was thinking “affordable” means affordable for new york to build for illegals to live there free. could be wrong.
