This war will end with an unconditional surrender by Ukraine and/or Ukraine will cease to exist and be divided up between Russia, Poland and Hungary.
There is ZERO chance of Ukraine getting an inch of territory back that Russia now controls. Zip. Nada. Zero chance.

Russia is being savaged and that is undeniable, not only on the battlefield but in Europe as a whole, now Kaliningrad is becoming more of a burden than an asset as its usefulness is diminished by Putin driving Finland and Sweden into NATO.
Whatever plans Putin had for making the invasion of Ukraine immediately useful to him have been not only greatly delayed but also have cost him dearly in other areas.
