To be clear, the Supreme Court ruling today was specifically about the court order on cutting razor wire
The 5th Circuit still needs to hear the actual case on its merits
There is still a chance Texas wins

when the feds are down cutting the fence ....build another behind them .... since they’re our guys.... leave food and water... and a mobile phone .../s
So the Court case drags on.
But meanwhile, the fence is cut and the invasion continues.
If this was a real Constitutional Republic, with a real Court, the default would be the invasion stops until the case is resolved.
I hope that’s true- ie Texas wins- its what happens in the meantime though
