I think I heard Poso say that Nevada has a caucus and a primary. The delegates all go to the person who wins the caucuses. The primary is completely irrelevant.
NV is a Caucus state, the Primary ballots doesn’t count at all.
Heard it was a demonrat ploy to confuse voters.
Exactly so and Haley is NOT in the caucus, ONLY the non-delegate garnering primary.
