No, as bad as Boeing might be, Boeing could take incompetency lessons from India. India has a particular expertise in getting newly built structures to collapse. India adopted and took British bureaucracy from their colonial days to a whole new level. One useful thing that has lasted there is the railroad system the British built. Even the towers surrounding the Taj Mahal were designed to eventually collapse outward.
