I saw Troy, and thought it might be Troy, NY - a town I have driven through several times, but thankfully didn’t have to stop in.
Somerset is an upscale mall in affluent area One of the few survivors. I was there about a month ago. For the most part the people there reflect the area. There is a percentage who don’t and boy do they stick out. Fair to say the woman who attacked the 10 year old would fall into the latter group.
Couple hour or so south of Troy NY you have Newburgh, famous for 5 dollar hookers and drug deals on the baseball diamond on South William Street.
