Defensive stance leads to freezing of war, which we will never accept – Ukrainian President's Office Chief

Andrii Yermak, Head of the Ukrainian President's Office, has stated that the shift to a defensive stance often leads to the freezing of the conflict, whereas Ukraine will never agree to freeze the war with Russia.

Source: Yermak in an interview with French newspaper Le Figaro, as the official reported on Telegram

Quote: "It is impossible to fight a defensive war. The transition to a defensive stance often results in the freezing of the conflict. We have seen this since 2014. We will never agree to a frozen conflict with Putin.

The solution is not to stop, but to be realistic, strong, to stand together with our partners and keep going."

Details: Yermak added that the situation at the front is "undoubtedly challenging, but the motivation of our people, and that of our soldiers, is extremely high".

"The troops at the front point to a lack of people and resources and say they can no longer advance.

This is definitely a problem, and concealing this makes no sense. Some soldiers need to rest. Many of them have been on the battlefield for two years. The government and the General Staff are developing a new law on mobilisation, which will soon be submitted to parliament, and [are working] on a realistic military strategy. The transition period is still ongoing," said Yermak.

There is a major disconnect between the political leadership and the military leadership.

The military leadership says they have to dig in and go on defense.

Ukraine will lose the war within a year and they can thank their sfoolish/corrupt leadership who believed the Western leadership who told them they would fully support them against Russia. Now Western armaments are bare, and the writing is on the wall. A more reasonably course for the west would have been to respect Ukraine internal affairs and not have interfered and funder/started the “Maiden Revolution” of February 2014.

“...whereas Ukraine will never agree to freeze the war with Russia.”

Bunch of Ingrates. The idea of freezing the conflict is to delay the inevitable outcome (Ukraine’s total defeat and dismemberment) until AFTER the 2024 US Election. What the hell was the point of giving Ukraine $100B plus if they will not even do that little favor for Biden?

Bunch of Ingrates. What the hell was the point of giving Ukraine $100B plus tax dollars ........

The point was Biden needed a war to solidify his political creds (FDR wannabe?).

Plus their cut of tax dollars was needed to maximize the greedy Biden Crime Family’s wealth.

Some say Yermak is the real leader of Ukraine, and that he’s the NATO/USA puppet-representative in the Presidential office. He rose politically due to his ties to Arseniy Yatsenyuk, famous from the Victoria Nuland “Yats is our guy” comment after the Maidan Coup.

In 70 AD the Jews on the fortress rock Masada decided that they had no options except to fall, one way or the other, to the Romans — and that outcome was unacceptable to them.

The rest is history. Just sayin’.

I could win this war in about two weeks or at least break through the lines. Flood the trenches with water. Let it freeze.

There are several vectors i would hit, I would go after the trenches at Adivka from the topside on the otherside of Stepove.
