I don’t understand this one. They reported bombs at both parties headquarters. And they never did much with this. I don’t see the game plan.

It was the backup plan in case they failed to incite enough of a riot to have the Congressional meeting stopped before objections arose to the electoral vote count. If there was no riot, sorry, a bomb has been found, two bombs have been found, we have to clear the building.
