I feel the same way. I think the deliberate subversion of the police force via legislative fiat, non-support for police officers, and slander of police officers who do their jobs is all part of a larger issue to defang the police and encourage further breakdown of social structure.

100%. Police are necessary, and should be allowed to enforce the law. Bad and dirty cops SHOULD be punished. But what we see now (and deliberately) is approaching THIS:
