177 members of Congress joined Ted Cruz and Steve Scalise in an Amicus Curiae Brief to the US Supreme Court in support of President Donald Trump in the Colorado case to remove Trump from the ballot.

(snip)

Note: That not a single member of the Marxist party put their name on this list. They want to tell the country who they can run for president.

Question: Which republican members of Congress REFUSED to sign this brief?

Cassidy

The surprise is McConnell being on it, but like Jamie Dimon, is most likely hedging.

Now that’s more like it! This looks like a Party pulling together in order to win.

Cassidy will get his. Murkowski-it’s too late. Collins-we can live with her. Blue state-deep. Mittens-history. Just make sure Cassidy gets the same.

By not siding with the gop on this, those Dems are open to being excluded from the ballot

Republicans have to go to SCOTUS with fingers crossed the R leader for POTUS is acceptable to Democrats. Times 50 states. Of course some Republicans have fingers crossed SCOTUS accepts 1-50 state bans. So impressed with ‘em (sarc...)

Fulcher and Simpson are absent from that list. They better have a good reason to explain themselves here in Idaho.

I still can’t figure out why so many on FR are so against Cruz. He’s one of the strongest Trump and America First supporters we have in the senate.

The election between them was burial and necessary but at some point you have to pick up the brass and refocus. Ted Cruz has done that but many on FR wont forgive him for going against Trump.

He only made Trump stronger by challenging him.

Funny note: I knew it was over for Ted early on when he was making a campaign speech (in Dallas I think) at the airport while Trumps privet jet was landing in the background.

I thought to myself what brilliant timing and optics.

I always wanted Trump to hand Cruz a model jet with Cruz’s name on it at campaign event just for fun.

The haven’t done anything about that so why this?
