Thank goodness the citizens who live there are immune from the effects of freezing temperatures.

OH MY!!!! perhaps they should all rush back to AFRICA, MIDDLE EAST, CHINA,CENTRAL AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA where it stays warmer in the winter.
