A VP who is too old to run himself, or has medical conditions that would preclude running can actually be given more power and a larger role, without politically threatening the President.
It’s too bad that Trump can’t find someone like Cheney, but who is dedicated to MAGA - rather than Swamp and NeoCon wars.
To me this is also the tragedy of Mitch McConnell. If he was MAGA rather than Swamp, his exceptional political abilities could have accomplished something really significant and good, rather than being a destroyer and a wrecker.

That’s my test as to whether I can talk politics with a woman. If they cannot understand the DAMAGE done to Western society since women were permitted to vote, then they’re hopeless regarding anything in politics.
Fun fact: The people who got women the vote were RICH MEN, who wanted to ‘expand the labor force’, so as to drive down wages (sound familiar).
