Authorities found cocaine residue on Hunter Biden’s gun pouch in 2018, the Justice Department (DOJ) revealed in a new filing Tuesday, hindering his legal defense against three gun charges.
Prosecutors used the evidence of cocaine residue to urge the judge presiding over his gun case to reject Hunter’s request for the judge to dismiss the matter.
Hunter faces three criminal charges related to his possession of a firearm. The indictment did not include any Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) or tax violations.
“To be clear, investigators literally found drugs on the pouch where the defendant had kept his gun,” prosecutors wrote. An FBI chemist determined the substance was cocaine, court filings said.
Hunter previously acknowledged he used crack cocaine and smoked parmesan cheese. His legal defense claims the president’s son did not break the law.

..........you know, this guy is like 50 years old and a highly educated lawyer and father to say nothing of the President of the United States son. In lieu of these facts, doesn’t this clearly recurring cocaine use suggest that his brain is seriously defective in some way?
I remember Charles Whitman was found to have a significant brain tumor in the course of his autopsy.
Democrats are setting all kinds of new standards. New lows. And the agencies and the news media are giving the Democrats a pass.
But don’t expect the same treatment for conservatives. There is indeed a double standard in the legal system.

Hunter the crackhead is a son a father can be proud of.
International business leader, artist, pornstar,drug addict, father and many other talents.
What is a “gun pouch”? Was he storing it in a pillow case?
The defense attorneys will start with claims that Hunter is not a druggie.
If that fails then they will claim he is not competent to stand trial because of his drug addiction.
Lol.
And his wallet, his car, his couch, his carpet, his pants, his door knobs, his bike, his dog

We got a glimpse when Jill whined to Mika that Congress showed Americans salacious pictures of Hunter (pics Hunter took of himself).
Jill wiped a tear from her eye and told Mika the Republicans were “destroying democracy” showing Americans pics of drugged-up Hunter “during vulnerable moments” in Hunter’s “battle with addiction.”
Reality check.
Joe Biden is being buried by the polls b/c Hunter’s hurting him badly.
So out strolls Jill hoping to turn Hunter into a pitiable “victim”.
When Hunter was a full blown druggie, abusing crack
cocaine, a hopeless junkie ” struggling to beat addiction:”

Unfortunately, this is not spelled out and dumbed down anywhere for public consumption. Oh, it very well could be soon, but it will only be if the Dems want to do away with Slow Joe and install the Newsom/Obama ticket.
