well mark has come up with a limited hang out.
yes there was election fraud, but that was in the past.
we need to insure it won’t happen again in the future.
Thanks for posting this!!!
Kemp and Ratburger have to wonder when these people will stop digging into the 2020 election. This is why the media keeps harping on Trump supporters to “stop looking backwards and let’s move on” when it comes to Georgia’s 2020 election results. They do not want these independent investigators to continue digging.
Of course, the media keeps harping on the election themselves as they can’t mention Trump without calling him an election denier and saying he tried to “overturn” the 2020 election.
Trump, his lawyers, and his alleged co-conspirators and their lawyers, have done NOTHING consequential to destroy the false narrative behind the false criminal charges filed by the state of Georgia!
Why?
My first guess - the criminal votes were cast by mostly Black voters.
Want to know where Raffensberger, his assistant and Sterling come from:
Landmark Communications - The ‘Republican’ Political Consulting Firm In Atlanta That Runs Democrats As Republicans, Some With Ties To Chinese Communist Party
Why can’t Mark Davis, True the Vote, et al (making sure to include some Fulton Co, registered voters among the Plaintiffs), sue Georgia SoS Raffensperger for failing to comply with the law (Georgia 22-2-224) in 2020, 2021, or 2022)? Seek relief including clarity on what Georgia law requires on these registration/moving/voting issues, and an injunction requiring the Georgia SoS and all election officials must fully follow the law in all future elections. Provide remedies for failure to do so.
Critical excerpt:
(h) All persons whose names appear on the list of electors placed in the possession of the managers in each precinct and no others, except as otherwise provided in this article, shall be allowed to deposit their ballots according to law at the precinct in which they are registered.
Left out of the “legal analysis” for Factcheck.org was the phrase “except as otherwise provided in this article” and the entire section requiring that electors must “not [be] subsequently found to be disqualified to vote.”
But aren’t those precisely the voters we’re talking about here?
