The Iranian General operating in Yemen today was involved in a plot to blow up the Cafe Milano restaurant in Washington DC. Also involved was the Iranian Rev Guard General that Trump took out on the tarmac of an Iraqi airstrip, Gen. Soleimani.
Not sure how many people would have been killed if Iran had succeeded in blowing up that restaurant but most of them would have been Americans just going about their business that day in 2011.
