I’ve read his campaign staff were many never Trumpers, who pushed certain agendas and convinced RDS to run that sort of campaign.
I noticed months ago that his supporters were really condescending with no ability to agree on common goals that normal people share. There’s something wrong with them and normal voters see it and I think they’ve voted accordingly today.
I’m not sure Ron can stop it unless someone with common sense can deprogram him.
If anyone is so feckless and weak minded to be bothered by early calls, then they should stay home. It is 2024 and not 1800.
The networks had an estimate based on those answering an entrance poll, so why shouldn’t they use it and it actually inflated Trump’s final numbers by about 5 or 6%.
If the networks did not call the race, they would have been accused of holding back and hurting Trump by doing so. Networks do what networks do.
The voters appear to have made the decision.
Realistically, the election declaration before the voting was completed is not appropriate. Even if the result was a foregone conclusion, it still should have waited.
Whether he would have won or not (clearly he wouldn’t), it was still inappropriate for the media to call the election when many of the votes had not been cast.
The only reason for all the voting methods is so they can cheat.
