With all due respect, this does read like propaganda considering the source.
I remember years back when pictures were online of Gaza and the conversations then were “what a beautiful and advanced city” it was. Not so much different from pictures of any large US city or even Jerusalem or Tel Aviv. It was surprising to those of us who saw them.
