Wikipedia says Haley born in SC. Various sources also say her parents were not US citizens at time of her birth, so if that’s required [parents’ citizenship] then she’s ineligible

I don't think there is one. When radicals in Congress adopted the homosexual marriage amendment in 1868 they threw in a bunch of other stuff, including a provision to make tourism babies citizens too.
One could argue the 14th was ratified by the majority of bayonets and that consent obtained by coercion is not consent. However such an argument, if made, may result in your detention without trial.
