Lots of options if it could fly.
*Cross party lines
*Change it to one term - six years President
*Limit the House/Senate to max of 12 yrs.
*May give independents better options at running
*Possibly become a boost for Independents winning
History, communications, travel all have improved
since the beginning. 30-40+ plus years of rulers
aren't needed today. Communications/travel have
changed to where you don't have to be on one site
to governed. JMO.

I would simply tell states that they’re not allowed to have different ballot access and nomination standards for independents and third parties than they do for Republicans and Democrats.
