I don’t think so, since we pay for both with money deducted from every paycheck,whether you work for yourself or someone else-then after 65, you still pay in if you work for yourself/someone else if you have 25-30K after deductions. And you pay medicare premiums every month from your SS check forever and ever, no matter what. Those are not “freedoms” because you have to pay to get it...
