What was the website address that tracks what stock the vermin in DC purchase and sell?
It’s supposed to be illegal under the STOCK Act of 2012, but, I guess, if no one bothers to investigate or prosecute, it’s meaningless.
I know Wikipedia isn’t the greatest source but this is a pretty generic explanation.
