Mann lost a similar case in Canada:

As a former resident of D.C., I doubt that Steyn will receive a fair trial. Justice for Steyn has already been outrageously delayed. The next step will probably be for it to be specifically denied.

He’s handling his own case in court, as his legal fees are now so high. I doubt he’ll get justice in DC. I wonder who he can appeal to...?

How is Mark Styne doing these days? Hear he had health issues.

I think he’s had 3 or 4 heart attacks. So far he’s hanging in there, but he’s under a lot of stress. The Good Lord willing, he’ll continue to bring us his wit & wisdom. But I worry...
