British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak visited wartime Kyiv on Friday to sign a new security agreement and announce an increase in military funding for Ukraine to buy drones, including surveillance, long-range strike and sea drones.

Britain, one of Ukraine's closest allies during President Vladimir Putin's Russian invasion, will increase its support in the next financial year to 2.5 billion pounds ($3.19 billion), an increase of 200 million pounds on the previous two years, Sunak said.

"Our opponents around the world believe that we have neither the patience nor resources for long wars. So waver now, and we embolden not just Putin, but his allies in North Korea, Iran and elsewhere," Sunak told a press conference.

Why do you keep confusing mobilization with a draft?

No confusion, they’re one and the same thing.

Both are order from the government to report for military service.

Now are you gonna do your homework on Ukraine mobilizations or continue quibbling about definitions like a Clinonista?

They aren’t anything the same.

Your mind is just a bizarre thing to see in operation.

They aren’t anything the same.

Are you disputing that both are government orders to report for military duty?

-btw your weirdness on this subject is off the charts.

One is calling up the uniformed personnel, the other is a draft to create military personnel.

You and I aren’t part of a military mobilization but if they start a draft in America then we will have to look at it to see if we are eligible for it, if we are and receive a draft notice then we have to show up and go through all the tests and physicals to see if they accept us for military service, if they do THEN we go into the military or reserves.

So your relying on an understanding of the American system and applying it to a foreign country rather than doing any research...got it.

Frankly, I could care less how Zelenski avoided serving in what was a hugely unpopular 2014-2015 failed effort against the Donbas separatists. He was elected to settle the conflict peacefully. Too bad he threw his principles out the window once he got into office, but I'm guessing the NATO backed gangsters he encountered made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

-btw all that dirt on Zelenski came out in 2019 and it was sourced back to the Poroschenko campaign prior to the election...go figure.

You deny even simple truths.

Zelensky was not receiving notices to appear before the draft board and dodging them in 2014 as you keep trying to sell, he wasn’t eligible for the draft, not even close.

A) That's not how it worked in Ukraine, and if you did some rudimentary homework you'd know that.

B) The claim is that he received several notices in 2014 and 2015 over which time there were roughly half a dozen call ups with different provisions which made him eligible.

C) I'm not "selling" anything, but I think his political rival Poroschenko was.😉

I read elsewhere that Zelenski received and ignored two military draft notices...one in 2014 and one in 2015.
