I've purchased King Arthur products in the past. No more... It's a shame because flour is not equal and King Arthur might be the best you can buy that's readily available.

Most any bread flours are just as good.
I always used King Arthur ‘00’ Pizza flour, but I’ve seen others on the same shelf.

Years ago I used King Arthur. A friend gave me some flour from this company and it is much better, IMO, than King Arthur.
Now that King Arthur has gone full racist I'm contemplating an old fashioned book burning starting with my 20 year old K.Arthur cookbook.
