I could see Zelenski's point IF Russia had to import weapon systems or were attacking rail lines far from the battlefield.
But that's not happening. So I think he's just willing to carry this out as long as he can. Just for more "Western" aid money.

other than weapons sold by the USSR and by Russia to various countries, North Korean artillery shells, Iranian drones, Chinese rifles etc. not much.
Other than rail lines around Kiviv and Lviv and elsewhere, they are steering clear of rail roads.
