What I want to know is how Dr. Fauci got Trump to stop mentioning ZINC, which according to the cc of March 23, 2020, written by Dr. Vladimir Zelenko was the essential virus stopper/killer. This information was provided to both Trump and his Chief of Staff, Meadows, and said that HCQ was able to help ZINC get into virus infected cells more easily, so they needed to work together. The Azithromycin was an addition to help protect lungs from bacterial infection, but later Dr. Z said better to use Doxycycline.

I believe Fauci was terrified this treatment might actually work and get in the way of his pet project Remdesivir, This new drug was subsidized by taxpayers and distributed at around $3,000 a treatment. The medications for Dr. Zelenko’s 3 part protocol only cost about $20 in April 2020 when I researched the prices. Remdesivir was being developed by Gilead Sciences, already in legal trouble over a class of HIV drugs including Truvada, with a number of lawsuits starting around 2018.

“GILEAD Purposefully Withheld a Safer Alternative Drug: By the time Truvada was approved by the FDA in 2004, the R&D team at Gilead was already working on a new version of TDF that was more effective and much safer” called TAF.

“The better absorption of TAF by the HIV cells meant TAF was not only better at slowing the growth of the HIV, but it was also far less toxic. TAF was still toxic to bones and kidneys, but its lower dose requirements and other properties made it less harmful than TDF. Gilead could have released TAF as early as 2004 ..., but at that particular time, the company was already generating billions in revenue from Viread and, later, Truvada. Moreover, Viread and Truvada were under patent protection for another decade.”

“If Gilead had immediately released the newer, safer TAF, it would have killed the marketability of their existing TDF drugs like Viread and Truvada. This would have effectively ended ten years of patent-protected revenues for these drugs, so Gilead purposefully withheld the release of TAF.”

“Ultimately, Gilead did not release TAF until shortly before the patent on Viread was about to expire. Gilead chose to maximize profits at the direct expense of patient safety. Our prediction? This will have an impact on Truvada lawsuit settlement amounts when all is said and done.”

From April 2020 I was paying close attention to the Covid issue, and other medical issues. I saw multiple TV ads from lawyers seeking injured sufferers from Gilead Sciences Truvada class of drugs, asking them to join a class action suit to recover damages for unnecessary health damage caused by Gilead’s greed. I was horrified when I learned that Fauci’s “wonder treatment for Covid” had been produced by this same company, Gilead Sciences, which had apparently worked closely with Dr. Fauci during Remdesivir’s development.

I wonder if the Committee will be asking Dr. Fauci about any of these specific unethical and dangerous lapses of medical judgement and ethics? Perhaps someone here knows someone to contact on the Hill.
