Trump hasn’t even been charged with insurrection in any of the bogus court cases against him. If they had merely the slightest evidence, he’d have been charged.

No grand jury has ever indicted Trump for insurrection or treason, no prosecuting attorney at any level has ever brought charges, no court of law has ever tried the case, and certainly has not handed down any verdict, nor has any sentence ever been pronounced.
