The socialists want heaven on earth for themselves. The hell is the inevitable consequence of trying to create that heaven on earth when it can no longer be held together.
The socialists want that heaven on earth so they have nice lives, but they don’t care what happens when they die. If 300 million Americans die in the seemingly inevitable civil war, the socialist doesn’t care. He got his when he forced people to transfer their assets and time to him through the tax system. They don’t believe they will be held to account, so they don’t care what they do, as long as they got theirs while they got it.
It’s why Bidon and Clintons are each worth about 300 million. It’s why Nikki Haley bought a $2.4 million dollar estate. It’s why Obama bought a $15 million property in Martha’s Vineyard feet away from the shore, while claiming that the seas are going to rise if we don’t remove carbon for heat and energy generation. It’s why Al Gore is a billionaire today, or very close. It’s why the globalists fly in jets to private meetings while claiming that we need to eat bugs to change the weather.
I’m sorry if you can’t see a pattern in all that.

That’s fair. Mossad and other intelligence services by their nature belong to those “rough men [who] stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm”. The problem arises when intelligence agencies no longer hold “us” as being above reproach and worthy of the service. Like in the US currently, where the intelligence services have turned their destructive focus INWARDS upon US. May the Mossad never be guilty of that!
You’re right on that. I hate that people try and profit on religion. They aren’t believers or they think the fact that they are believers, supposedly, they won’t be held accountable. I hear you on that.

I only know that Christianity does work, when tried. It’s the only faith, if everybody lived it, that could take us into space and the future.

That’s a pretty darn good way of articulating the problem of “original sin”, or in the shorthand I prefer, the “sin nature of man” that permeates the world as a result of the fall of First Man (Adam and Eve).
No end goal here. Living my life as best as I can. Utopia is a ridiculous concept as is heaven.

My father profited on religion, since that’s how he earned his living for the most part. He always had a second job, but received a salary from the church and usually housing, or a housing stipend. As most ministers do.
So I wouldn’t go as far as saying profiting on religion is the cut off. He worked hard for what he believed in. I can respect that. Don’t agree with his message, but it wasn’t a fraud on his part.
As far as Christianity being the only ideology/ religion that can propel us forward, I’d disagree.
What could do so hasn’t been thought of yet, and probably will never be. If Christianity was the answer it had 2,000 years, add a few thousand years if you want to add the judeo to it, and we’re in the same mess we have always been in.
In my experience, most libertarians are atheists. Ayn Rand remains a big influence on the movement, however much she hated libertarians.
When I say profiting, I’m not talking about earning a reasonable income that allows you to raise a family. I’m talking about those who have earned millions of dollars, or the billionaire set like Copeland. A pastor works for a living. If he’s doing his job proper, he deserves to be reasonably compensated.
I don’t have a problem with a paster becoming a millionaire or billionaire if he’s doing that on his own, like book writing or investing or creating something. As long as he’s not using the offering plate to do that. If the pastor is a financial genius who knows how to invest, I don’t have a problem with that. It’s how he becomes rich that I question.

Somehow every act we consider animalistic by a human is somehow inspired by some spiritual force. Except if a teenage male has sex with a hot teacher. Then it’s just nature. Etc
