No... she was already evil. She was thrown off the Watergate committee by the Democrat leader because he was shocked at how unethical she was.
Then in the 70s, she was wrapped up in the Mena Arkansas cocaine hillbilly jet set. Enough cocaine and your conscience is shot. You steal from grandma’s purse etc.
And as a lawyer then, she was busted laughing about getting a child rapist off free when she knew he was guilty.
I think a better argument can be made that Bill was a halfway normal and decent guy until he got wrapped up with a sociopath wife. His philandering was probably his need for a normal female now and then.
