Saw via some articles that Hannity's new Florida home is a small-ish "townhouse" that shares walls with other townhouse owners. That can't be right... he has enough money to easily buy an oceanfront mansion with lots of privacy. Why would he want to live in a townhouse that shares walls with strangers?
Also, a few years ago, Sean said he planned to moved to Naples, FL, as he owned property there. Guess he changed his mind...?
Boston-based conservative talk radio host Howie Carr (same daily time slot as Hannity) moved to Palm Beach, FL 2-3 years ago. He keeps a 2nd home in a Boston suburb, and does his show from both locations. He claims Florida residency, and is there most of the time.
Howie is not "uber wealthy" like Sean Hannity, but he's somewhat rich. He says his Palm Beach condo is just a few miles from Mar-a-Lago.
Palm Beach must be an interesting place these days...
A friend of mine bought a VRBO house in Stuart Fla. Target rich environment. There are a lot of wealthy people from NY/NJ that own big yachts down there and fly in for the weekend on their private jets.
