I walked through Wal Mart yesterday. This looks like a lot of regulatory noise compared to the reality of the situation. The toys weren't segregated by anything resembling gender... unless Mattel's display of Barbie was against the law now.

Only those who $ee an opportunity to be offended by a corporation with deep pockets will be heard from.

Nailed it! “Opportunity” = “BIG PAYDAY”

We had a guy in our little California town who made a living out of going around our town (and nearby towns) with a tape measure looking for ADA violations. He would sue everywhere he possibly could. One of my favorite stores closed their back door that opened into the parking lot because of the expense of adding an ADA ramp (which would have consumed a lot of retail shelf space, too). So now everybody has to go around the block to go to the front of the store on Main Street rather than entering through the convenient door on the rear.
