That’s what they said, but you’re forgetting the most important detail. They said he didn’t have standing, YET, because the election hadn’t been legally decided yet. The laws say you have to have legally lost the election, in order to have actual damages, which then provide standing.
So I along with many others were waiting for Trump to legally unload once he had officially lost. But as soon as it was announced, he folded and ran out of town in a flash. With the $250 million, which is when I started to smell a skunk.
