Totally agree.
If someone is starting from scratch I would add to those—move as far as you can from heavily populated areas.
If you do not make that happen it is a waste of time to make further preparations.

That’s the first thing you do. The second thing you do is refuse to respond to FEMA or other government questionnaires.
