Martin Armstrong.

“Under the terms of the agreement, Armstrong admitted to deceiving corporate investors and improperly commingling client funds—actions that according to prosecutors resulted in commodities losses of more than seven hundred million dollars—and was sentenced to five years in prison.“

This is not to say Ukraine is winning; things are not looking good. With Ukraine’s main ally being the Brandon administration doesn’t help matters at all.

That being said Martin Armstrong blows a lot of smoke and is not to be believed.

actions that according to prosecutors

Five years ago, I would have believed the federal prosecutors.

Not so much, any more.

That being said Martin Armstrong blows a lot of smoke and is not to be believed.

This is also possible.

When I see the term "commingling funds", alarms go off in my head. For the past 7 months, I have been providing support to our lawyers as they bring a lawsuit against a former property manager.

I have reconstructed the accounting records of the property from 2019. From Day One, my questions to management have generated far more questions than answers. The property manager commingled funds from 5+ entities to suit his purposes.

There's still a long way to go, to include amending tax returns for those 4 years.
