WHY JACK IS HERE

Jack was a prosecutor over in Europe at the Hague, the lair of the World Court.

He was doing a decent job of prosecuting and winning some of his cases. But he let greed rule. Instead of just prosecuting, he started blackmailing those he was prepared to prosecute.

It was working out, until he picked on the wrong person. A person with deep familial ties.

The ‘family’ were at risk due to US Elections. They had to keep one of the candidates from entering or winning the election. No matter what it would take.

No one in the US wanted to be tasked with ‘getting rid’ of the candidate and a possible win. They knew they would end their career and be lucky if they avoided imprisonment should that candidate win.

SO, they had Jack by the balls. He was asked to go to the US and get this mu... oops, I mean prosecute him via Special Counsel appointment (or whatever label worked) and keep the candidate from campaigning and discourage the populace from voting for the candidate so that any cheating necessary on the vote tallies would not be noticed.

All he had to do is prosecute this candidate, even though there was no evidence and the charges would be made up of a loose interpretation of archaic laws that had no relevance to the reality of the situation. They told him that he would be ending his career by doing this, but he could take the money he got and return to an isolated villa somewhere in Europe to live out the rest of his life. He was asked to disgrace, to humiliate, to financially cripple, and divert that candidate’s abilities to campaign successfully. He would have to violate the law, and many legal principles to accomplish this,,,, but ole Jack had already jumped over that candlestick.

Jack did not ask, nor did ‘they’ offer to explain, what would happen if he said no or failed to keep that candidate from being able to run for office and succeed.

This is why some of the stuff Jack has done seems crazy, illegal, done only to obstruct the candidate from campaigning, even to the point of regulating/censoring the words coming out of that candidates mouth. He doesn’t have to ‘win’ his case. Only to interfere with the candidate’s success.

He tried to avoid the hangman by punting the case to the Supreme Court. If they ruled the candidate could not be charged due to Presidential Immunity, it would not be his fault and maybe he could get out of this before his life and career were ruined. I don’t think that’s going to be successful (the punt).

This is why he is here.
