I don’t think so.
Media has been like this for the decades I’ve paid attention to it. Even on the simplest issues such as a civil lawsuit media will refer to whether the person will be “found guilty.” Sure they’re agendized and determined, but they’re also lazy and ignorant, and many are just plain stupid

THIS. Those that watch "the news" don't realize how much they're being played. I really began to notice just how bad it was in 2008 (I had been very, very busy with my career and life in general before then) - I kept thinking "WHAT is wrong with Brian Williams??" - and then it all became too obvious to ignore any longer - and it's just not him, but he's easy to meme (actually one of the stock images)
