To place disturbed/emotionally/intellectually/ethically inferior people in top positions under the guise of ‘tolerance’... AND it worked.

Thanks Liz - also these people (in other cultures at other times) were called 'useful idiots' = but it turned out it's easier to find 'em, put them in high positions (not earned or deserved) than to find competent people and flip them... Flipping takes a long time. It really was brilliant. Throwing in the sexual kink folks increased the the size of the pool to draw from - and increased chances you could also pull in psychopaths and the mentally disturbed. I'm getting impressed with our evil opponents - which also tells me these folks have serious connections to ... we know that don't we...
