Given the compressed timeframe, the novel constitutional questions involved, the importance of this case, and impending ballot preparation deadlines, Secretary Bellows has suspended the effect of her decision until the Superior Court rules on any appeal, or the time to appeal has expired.

So courageous. Just like Colorado Supremes, they delegated upwards to SCOTUS.

Delegating to management is a millennial thing. I saw it in IT management with the millennial snowflakes. Not all, but many. I had to fire a few. The only life skills they had was follow/unfollow, like/dislike on social media.
