Republican candidate Abe Hamadeh has filed a quo warranto lawsuit against current Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes. Hamadeh announced the filing of this lawsuit with a message on X, formerly Twitter, saying “Arizonans deserve JUSTICE.”

The legal action aims to question the legitimacy of Kris Mayes’ occupancy of the office of Attorney General, citing concerns of usurpation and unlawful exercise of power. The legal dispute between Hamadeh and Mayes around the 2022 Arizona Attorney General election has been intricate and ongoing.

Hamadeh narrowly lost to Democrat Mayes by 280 votes.

“Kris Mayes has usurped, intruded into, or unlawfully holds or exercises the public office of Arizona’s Attorney General,” the lawsuit states. The use of a writ of quo warranto is particularly noteworthy, as it is a legal instrument traditionally employed to challenge the legitimacy of a public official’s authority.

Challenging the result, Hamadeh and the Republican National Committee have sought legal redress to ensure all votes were counted, including a special action with the state’s high court for a new trial. However, a judge dismissed Hamadeh’s initial request in July.

This is the latest action by Hamadeh to oust Mayes as AG, and have himself declared the winner of the 2022 election. Officially Mayes "won" by 280 votes, while 75,000 undervotes were found in litigation. This is on top of the allegations of the machines not reading the ballots, etc. We all know what happened, but when the corrupt count the ballots in private, proving who won the election becomes challenging. The Maricopa Junta won't leave office quietly, and may not ever go peacefully.

I’m glad people like Abe Hamadeh and Kari Lake aren’t giving up. It’s refreshing to see Republicans fight back. They’re getting no help from the RNC and establishment Republicans.

Does she have a surety bond? As a state officer, she may be required to carry a surety bond.

She personally can be sued for any violations.

Some of her activities could be violations of the equal
protection clause of the 14th amendment, as an example.

The insurance companies that issue bonds have very exacting requirements.

She is likely to be told that she is on her own; if she has
acted, not on a due process court ruling, but of her own volition.

Any town officer that violates the rights of the citizens can face the same reprisal.

Yes, and the RINO National Committee will get no help from me, because they support neither MAGA nor the Republic.

75,000 undervotes, meaning more ballots than voters.

Abe Hamadeh is running for the soon-to-be empty seat in the 8th CD in AZ. The current Congress Critter is Debbie Lesko. This is the district that I live in. I’ve voted for Lesko each time I was qualified to vote for her.

I will support Abe 100%.

The lawfare is fun, but Arizona has a recall for any public officeholder built into the state constitution.

Recall petitions should be circulated for Hobbs, Mayes and Fontes, and the dimwitted twinkie judge who did not order a new election in Maricopa county should be actively campaigned against when his term is up. He aided in violating the civil rights of every voter in that county who had a problem voting. Prior to Hobbs or Fontes or Richer being in their offices, things like that didn’t happen in Arizona.

The problem is that the Junta will still count the votes, and they don't want to leave. They have now brought in millions of illegals so they can register them to vote, and then vote for them. We all know it. We are now at the what do we do about it stage. So, far we haven't even managed an economic boycott of anything.

It's another election that those in power don't want audited for obvious reasons. Get used to illegals voting en masse by the millions in 2024. It's why they're here.

Abe is the real deal. He is a fighter and one smart young man. He is also a friend of mine and he has endorsed me in my campaign for State Senate from Legislative District 30.
