Florida already has a law that allows for dangerous drivers to be reported to LE.
There’s no need for this one.
Especially since not everyone who has dementia, Downs, et al is similarly afflicted.

Certainly a list like that would have made life easier for Hitler, and considering the LOVE that the Democrats have for the Nazis in Ukraine, that is something that should be of concern today.
