California needs to enact a tax to help migrants. A reasonable 3% tax on all goods and services would go a long way to help them.

Once they are processed and given a court date, they are no longer "undocumented."

They may be "unconfirmed identity," but they are definitely documented.

Pleeeeease! Illegal aliens have been getting "free", as in paid for by American taxpayers for decades all across the fifty states for decades! Long past are the days when even legal immigrants were banned from receiving any government assistances, even for their children born here, for a period of five years on penalty of deportation.

The democrats , with the willing assistance of republicans have made this possible for many years now.
