Sounds like a typical day in Israel as hamas reigns hellfire down on them from the sidelines with reularity (not 122 usually, but cumulatively speaking). Thouhg I’m sure Russian rockes were likely more accurate and effective.

and they may have taken out one TU-22M3 bomber as well - awaiting confirmation.
But we were told that RuZZia is a gas station with nukes and were forced to fight with shovels.
122? That’s the biggest volley so far? What about the $billions we’ve sent over there? I thought our armories were nearly depleted from sending so much “necessary aid” to Ukraine. Who still believes this crap? Not me.

Surely sounds as if the mainstream media here and in the UK ( think Boris Johnson ) have been painting one portrait and now are starting to paint a quite different picture.
Negotiations will come, because that is the lesson of history.
And, for the lessons of history, a next war will break out, so perhaps thinking longer term is in order?
Alternatively, we can just continue with the Obama-Biden-Nuland-Bolton strategy....
I've been saying that for years, although not in those words. Aiding and abetting is what we do when we pay them to entertain us, buy products from them, or use their services to keep in touch with our families. If we're not willing to stop doing that, then we'll continue aiding and abetting them even as we complain about them.

Ukraine shut down the Russian Orthodox Church and arrested its priests. Thats home to millions of Russian speaking Ukrainians. Russia hasn’t touch any Ukrainian churches in Russia. Russia also has independent newspapers and television where main has banned all independent media
None of this cheers my heart. No matter whose side you're on or who's at fault, this is a horrible tragedy in terms of lives lost and ruined.
Why is it that when Russia fired 15 missiles and drones, Ukraine shoots down 14. I wonder if the Ukrainians are that good. I am skeptical. The war will not last much longer. When the Billions of American dollars stop—the guns will go silent and the talks will start.

Many possibilies...Russia just wants the disputed stress and so did not destroy Ukraine. And/or using nukes was out of the equation.
Is it possible that media has been misreporting actual events in the war to create narrative by which they generate clicks? Did Russia want American weapons used so that when they capture them they can figure out how to beat them?

Nearly all of these stories are bogus. Probably everyone on FR of whatever persuasion has figured this out by now. The stories are bogus.
If huge numbers were being shot down, huge numbers would not be launched. It would make no sense.
Does everyone here know what a ballistic missile is? It is a missile that has no guidance after boost phase. Boost phase aims it based on understanding gravity and predicted weather issues, typically unimportant because most of the flight is above weather. Because it avoids weather for 99.9% of the flight, it can be very accurate on a fixed position target.
Cruise missiles are aerodynamic. They are guided enroute in response to weather. Low altitude. Low radar cross section. If they were easy to shoot down, the huge numbers of Tomahawks would never have been built.
