Another problem is that if min wage is raised to $25, those making $25 after an experience raise, will want $30.
After all, if a new worker with no job knowledge/experience is hired now at $25, those who started their jobs previously and got raised to $25, will view it only fair that they get more than the newbie workers.
Bet Gov N did not think of that.

IMO, the top leadership in the Fed govt and most all State govts did not get there for reason of job qualifications.
Example, current White House occupants, many “judges”, etc.
