I think the way to rig Iowa is for certain candidates to release their delegates to go over and stand with another’s delegation until that other delegation outsizes Trump’s.
Under actual primary voting, in 2016, they tried to gang up on Trump in Indiana to slow Trump’s momentum. I think it was a win for the opponents, but it was only temporary.
Since 2016, presidential preference voting is secret ballot, and results are binding on delegates.
I dont think they’ll do that in Iowa. The ideal situation for Birdbrain is for Desanctimonius to lose in a landslide and drop out before NH. Her strategy may be to help Trumpnin Iowa.
