Two points:

1) Those states would have ALREADY lost more congressional seats had the 2020 Census not been deliberately skewed in favor of Blue states by undercounting the population of Red states.

2) Contrary to earlier trends from decades past, no it is mostly NOT Leftists moving in to infest and ruin red states. It is mostly Leftugees fleeing Blue States and turning Red States even more red and/or turning purple states back to red.
