βItβs distressing to see that many ghost guns recovered by police,β Why? Tracing of guns has no measurable effect on violent crime.
Registration of guns, even more intrusive, has no measureable effect on violent crime.
Most guns in the United States are not registered and not traceable.
So why throw a hissy fit of a few tens of thousands more each year?
