In researching and posting about the Ukraine on the forum, I found information that gives me the impression that the Evil that walks the world is closest to the surface in the Ukraine. Nazism supposedly 'got its start'  there. And there's this:

Putin is preferrable to the Ukraine for these children. Should they tell of the horrors of 'home', the Ukraine is preparing to say they are lying.
