Actually I do not agree with most “ballot access” rules the states make. They are incumbent protection rackets. Just let the voters decide if the person is worthy or not.
Agreed, what is the state doing making rules about a private nonstate party?
RE: Just let the voters decide if the person is worthy or not.
B-b-but that would be like we were a constitutional republic with equal voting rights for all legal citizens.
Can’t have that.

5 GOP candidates blocked from Michigan governor’s primary over alleged false signatures.
James Craig, who is leading polls in the Republican race to challenge Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, is among those who have been disqualified. He plans to file an immediate appeal.

All 5 lost appeals. It is believed Dem operatives set up phony signatures to have them disqualified to get the ball rolling and kick the GOP top contenders out of the race. It worked. Unknown and with no politicians or fundraisers backing her, and owed no favors by insiders, Tudor Dixon was defeated by the evil Gretchen Whitmer.
Some reluctant GOP donors said publicly later: Had we known she was so good so articulate in the debates I would have given her campaign funding when it could have helped at the start. Too late.
Maybe now, fat boy will now understand the legal and political horse manure thatTrump has been going through these past 8 years.
It is literally in the Constitution that the states determine this. If you have a problem with this, pass an amendment. Also, Krispy Kreme is an odd hill for a Freeper to die on.
