Picture this: one of the cases...let's say it's the DC case...concludes in May with a guilty verdict. Federal law says that that charge warrants a minimum of 10 years (that's how Federal sentencing guidelines go...a particular crime gets a minimum of "x"). Every bloody media outlet in the country runs ads non-stop: "Trump is gonna do 10 years". Isn't it possible that he will withdraw at that point *or* that the Convention says "we can't take a chance" and rules him out.

I'm not saying its likely...just possible.

And BTW...does anyone on this planet doubt that there will be at least one guilty verdict,and probably more than one? It's not a question of if...but when.

I hope they do convict him of something because if they do, it absolutely guarantees a nationwide landslide of biblical proportions.
