The Muslim world hate the Turks/Ottomans. If anything could unite the Iranians and the Saudis it would be them joining forces to destroy Turkey.
If Turkey ever quits NATO this might happen.
It will be more of an alliance than necessarily a Turkish-Dominated one, even though Turkey will be the tip of the spear.
